Due to the custom nature of logo apparel, the only returns we will accept are for defective apparel or defective decoration. 

 

If you are unhappy with your order because the product is defective or the imprint quality is not what you expected, please contact us to find a suitable solution. 

Your expreience with WeEmbroider.com is important to us and we will do our best to work with you on any issue.  We must be notified within 14 days of receiving the order.
